Job Summary
Passionate about helping others, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will provide support and guidance to clients regarding life insurance and financial service requests while working from home in Arizona, Florida, South Carolina, or Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming and place outbound calls from members and agents, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with policy-related requests, account updates, and claims while navigating multiple systems to verify information accurately
- Handle sensitive conversations with compassion, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while meeting quality and productivity goals
Required qualifications
- 6+ months of call-center experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and work in a virtual desktop environment
- Distraction-free remote workspace
