Job Summary
Providing exceptional support, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls and emails from members and providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize caller needs, formulating appropriate resolutions
- Educate callers on program benefits and provide accurate information about services
- Meet established call center metrics while documenting interactions using computer tools
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience in a customer service-related field preferred
- Knowledge of medical records and key elements of a valid ROI request
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations preferred
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
