Job Summary

Providing exceptional support, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls and emails from members and providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize caller needs, formulating appropriate resolutions
  • Educate callers on program benefits and provide accurate information about services
  • Meet established call center metrics while documenting interactions using computer tools
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience in a customer service-related field preferred
  • Knowledge of medical records and key elements of a valid ROI request
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations preferred
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
