Job Summary

Answering incoming calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans, the part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will assist with benefit information and problem resolution while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Receives and responds to incoming telephone calls and chats in a timely and courteous manner
  • Records caller information and utilizes proprietary systems to provide accurate responses
  • Attends team meetings and collaborates with department personnel to address issues and enhance teamwork
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED certificate required
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems during interactions
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet key job accountabilities
