Job Summary
Providing exceptional support for child support customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, deliver one-call resolutions, and document customer interactions while working in a supportive and employee-friendly culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and efficiently through blended call queues
- Resolve customer inquiries by asking relevant questions and providing accurate information
- Document requests, status changes, and complaints accurately in the system
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Ability to pass a background check and sit for extended periods
