Job Summary

Providing exceptional support for child support customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, deliver one-call resolutions, and document customer interactions while working in a supportive and employee-friendly culture.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and efficiently through blended call queues
  • Resolve customer inquiries by asking relevant questions and providing accurate information
  • Document requests, status changes, and complaints accurately in the system
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Ability to pass a background check and sit for extended periods
