Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support for child support inquiries, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, ensure one-call resolutions, and maintain accurate documentation while working in a supportive and employee-friendly environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide one-call resolutions to customer inquiries
- Document requests, status changes, and complaints accurately while maintaining up-to-date support knowledge
- Utilize computer programs effectively to assist customers and navigate the call center environment
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of customer service or call center experience
- Basic understanding of call center operations and quality monitoring processes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Capability to sit for long periods while managing calls
