Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to child support customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation while working a 40-hour week from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide one-call resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Document requests, status changes, and grievances accurately while maintaining up-to-date support knowledge
  • Utilize proficient computer skills to navigate various programs, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service or call center experience
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Capacity to sit for long periods of time
