Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will manage inbound calls for child support customers, providing exceptional service and one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and support knowledge.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and provide one-call resolutions by understanding customer concerns
  • Document requests, status changes, and complaints accurately to maintain up-to-date records
  • Participate in training to enhance knowledge of program requirements and improve service delivery
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
