Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls for child support inquiries, ensuring one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge of program requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide one-call resolutions to customer inquiries
- Accurately document requests, status changes, and complaints while maintaining up-to-date support knowledge
- Utilize computer programs and systems to assist customers effectively and efficiently
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
- Ability to pass a background check and sit for long periods
