Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Customer Service Representative, the candidate will manage inbound calls for child support customers across multiple states, providing exceptional service and one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation of requests.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide one-call resolutions by understanding customer concerns
- Document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of support processes through ongoing training
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of customer service or call center experience
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
- Ability to pass a background check and sit for long periods
