Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls for child support services, ensuring timely responses and one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and provide one-call resolutions by understanding customer concerns
  • Document requests, status changes, and complaints accurately while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of program requirements
  • Utilize computer systems effectively to assist customers and manage call queues efficiently
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
