Job Summary
Providing exceptional support for child support customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, ensuring one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and up-to-date program knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide one-call resolutions to customer inquiries
- Document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
- Maintain current knowledge of support programs through ongoing training
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
- Ability to pass a background check
