Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to child support customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, ensuring one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and up-to-date knowledge of program requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls in a timely manner, addressing customer concerns effectively
  • Document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
  • Maintain knowledge of support programs through ongoing training and resources
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service or call center experience
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
  • Ability to pass a background check and sit for long periods
