Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to child support customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, ensuring one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and support knowledge.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and provide one-call resolutions by understanding customer concerns
  • Document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of support services through ongoing training
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
