Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to child support customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, ensuring one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and support knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and provide one-call resolutions by understanding customer concerns
- Document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of support services through ongoing training
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
