Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls for child support inquiries, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation while maintaining a positive employee-friendly culture.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and provide one-call resolutions by understanding customer concerns
- Document requests, status changes, and complaints accurately while maintaining up-to-date knowledge through training
- Deliver clear and objective information based on a comprehensive understanding of program requirements
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
- Ability to pass a background check and sit for extended periods
