Job Summary
Providing exceptional support for child support customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, deliver one-call resolutions, and maintain accurate documentation while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner through blended call queues
- Provide one-call resolutions by asking pertinent questions to understand customer concerns
- Document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and quality monitoring processes
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
- Ability to pass a background check and sit for long periods of time
