Job Summary
Supporting child support customers in a full-time remote capacity, the Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, provide one-call resolutions, and maintain up-to-date support knowledge while ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly through blended call queues to assist child support customers
- Provide one-call resolutions by asking pertinent questions to understand customer concerns
- Document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
