Job Summary
Joining a supportive team, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls from child support customers, providing one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and program knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide one-call resolutions to customer inquiries
- Document requests, status changes, and complaints accurately while maintaining up-to-date support knowledge
- Utilize computer programs such as Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems to assist customers effectively
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Capacity to sit for long periods of time
