Job Summary

Supporting child support customers in multiple states, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, provide one-call resolutions, and maintain accurate documentation while working in a positive and employee-friendly culture.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and provide effective customer service
  • Resolve customer inquiries through effective questioning and understanding of concerns
  • Document requests and maintain up-to-date knowledge of support processes
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service or call center experience
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
