Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will manage inbound calls for child support customers, ensuring timely responses and one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and support knowledge.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and provide one-call resolutions by understanding customer concerns
  • Document requests, status changes, and grievances accurately in the system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of support processes through ongoing training
Required qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
  • Ability to pass a background check and sit for long periods
