Job Summary

Providing exceptional support for child support customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, ensure one-call resolutions, and maintain accurate documentation while working within a positive employee-friendly culture.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Document requests, status changes, and grievances accurately to maintain comprehensive records

Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
