Job Summary
Providing exceptional support for child support customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, ensure one-call resolutions, and maintain accurate documentation while working within a positive employee-friendly culture.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Document requests, status changes, and grievances accurately to maintain comprehensive records
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance support knowledge and service delivery
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
- Ability to pass a background check
- Understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
