Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support in a remote environment, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls for child support inquiries, ensuring one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and support knowledge.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and provide one-call resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of support processes through training and resources
Required qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
