Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support in a remote environment, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls for child support inquiries, ensuring one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and support knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and provide one-call resolutions to customer inquiries
- Document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of support processes through training and resources
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
- Able to pass a background check and sit for long periods
