Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls for child support customers, providing exceptional service and one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation of requests and concerns.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls promptly through blended call queues to assist child support customers
  • Deliver one-call resolutions by asking relevant questions to understand customer concerns
  • Document requests, status changes, and grievances accurately while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of support programs
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and pass a background check
