Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience and hands-on knowledge of ServiceTitan, the part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and resolve customer concerns during evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Utilize ServiceTitan to schedule appointments and document customer interactions
  • Achieve a booking conversation rate of 90% or above while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in trades or service industries
  • Direct experience with ServiceTitan is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Slack, Trello, and Dialpad
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first mindset
