Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience and hands-on knowledge of ServiceTitan, the part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and resolve customer concerns during evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Utilize ServiceTitan to schedule appointments and document customer interactions
- Achieve a booking conversation rate of 90% or above while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in trades or service industries
- Direct experience with ServiceTitan is required
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Slack, Trello, and Dialpad
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first mindset
