Job Summary
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will assist customers with utility billing inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain accurate records while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and support tickets regarding utility billing and account maintenance
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and contribute to continuous process improvement
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience navigating multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
