Job Summary

To enhance customer relationships, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve inquiries, and promote products while providing a high-quality service experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls and correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries, converting service interactions into revenue-generating opportunities
  • Initiate outbound customer service calls and offer Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships and communicate with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of phone sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
  • Ability to type 35 wpm preferred
