Job Summary
To enhance customer relationships, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve inquiries, and promote products while providing a high-quality service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries, converting service interactions into revenue-generating opportunities
- Initiate outbound customer service calls and offer Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships and communicate with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- 1-2 years of phone sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
- Ability to type 35 wpm preferred
