Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to players, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will assist with inquiries through live chat, email, and phone, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate marketing offers while working in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to applications on various devices according to established protocols
- Respond to and process inbound communications and maintain customer confidentiality
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 2 or more years of inbound/support call center experience
- 1 or more years of remote work experience with a track record of achieving set KPIs
- Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs
- Ability to travel to lottery headquarters once each quarter
