Job Summary

Providing customer service related to sales and communications, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will engage with internal and external customers, maintain records, and support purchase order processing in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Interact promptly and courteously with customers, addressing inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Sales Force/ARO Manager
  • Process purchase orders and billing activities while sorting incoming emails to appropriate representatives
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service and sales support
  • Familiarity with Sales Force and email communication
  • Ability to read and process purchase orders
  • Willingness to work full-time with occasional overtime and Sundays
