Job Summary
Providing customer service related to sales and communications, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will engage with internal and external customers, maintain records, and support purchase order processing in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Interact promptly and courteously with customers, addressing inquiries and complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Sales Force/ARO Manager
- Process purchase orders and billing activities while sorting incoming emails to appropriate representatives
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and sales support
- Familiarity with Sales Force and email communication
- Ability to read and process purchase orders
- Willingness to work full-time with occasional overtime and Sundays
