Job Summary
Providing essential support to paramedics and healthcare professionals, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, document interactions, and ensure timely communication between patients and providers while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and internal staff
- Provide non-clinical support to paramedics and emergency response teams
- Document interactions accurately in electronic systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center customer service role
- Typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM
- Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
