Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative will assist clients by answering calls, delivering product information, and resolving inquiries in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration using training and available resources
• Process transactions through mainframe or web-based applications while ensuring accurate information delivery
• Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology to effectively assist customers

Required qualifications

• Must reside in Florida
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm
