Enthusiastic individuals will find a full-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative position focused on providing assistance to healthcare providers, veterans, and beneficiaries by answering incoming calls, gathering information, and ensuring first call resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer interactions with a focus on first call resolution and quality standards
• Research and evaluate medical claims and benefits for proper adjudication
• Document call activity and manage requests for corrective action in VA systems

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 or more years' experience in customer service
• General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment
• Working knowledge of software such as Excel and Word
• Successful completion of pre-employment tests as specified
