Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Supporting customer inquiries remotely, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative will answer calls, provide product information, and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration using training and available resources
• Process transactions through mainframe or web-based applications while maintaining accurate records
• Communicate effectively and empathetically to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Must reside in Florida
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Availability to work Monday-Friday from 10am - 7pm
