Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing customer service support and managing data entry tasks, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will process purchase orders and assist with customer inquiries while working remotely for a temporary duration of six months.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service support related to sales, installations, and general inquiries
• Process and apply over 50 purchase orders daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records in internal systems

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or related administrative support roles
• Basic computer proficiency with experience in business systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience processing purchase orders or similar transactional data is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
