Key responsibilities

• Obtain vehicle releases from body shops and residences, ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Answer and place calls professionally, focusing on call resolution and customer satisfaction
• Utilize company resources to gather information and provide solutions to customer inquiries

Required qualifications

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
• High School diploma
• Proficiency in MS Suite and typing speed of 45 WPM
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
