Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and professional, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will coordinate vehicle release and pickup by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies while ensuring accurate updates and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Reach out to body shops to confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain release authorization
• Communicate with vehicle owners to arrange transport and assist with personal item removal
• Maintain accurate notes and meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots daily

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
• High school diploma or GED
• Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A professional virtual appearance with a quiet, distraction-free workspace
