Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing remote customer service support, the part-time Customer Service Representative-Fitness will answer calls from members and fitness clubs, demonstrate knowledge of ASH Fitness programs, and coordinate necessary information while ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Receives and responds to telephone calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans in a professional manner
• Demonstrates knowledge of ASH Fitness products and programs, providing accurate answers to member questions
• Manages time effectively to ensure calls are answered and follow-ups are conducted within required timeframes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• 1 year of experience in customer service roles required
• Inbound call center experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Basic experience using Microsoft Office required
