Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking ambitious individuals, the part-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative will assist customers with inquiries, recommend additional products and services during calls, and ensure accurate account documentation while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during qualified calls
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns while maintaining accurate account information
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations and achieve Quality Assurance goals

Required qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a call center environment preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software
• Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism
• Strong focus on exemplary shift attendance
