Key responsibilities:
- Manage 40-100 calls per day, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Highlight and sell membership benefits to enhance customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and follow on-call procedures to maintain service quality
Required qualifications:
- 6+ months of call center experience
- 1+ year of sales experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of cars or a strong interest in learning about them
- High school diploma or GED
