Job Summary

A software and payment processing solutions company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing billing updates, providing cancellation or freeze services, resolving account delinquencies and disputes
  • Assisting members with billing questions, cancellation and/or freezing member accounts
  • Noting each account with the call content

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Regular and reliable attendance required
  • Must maintain individual standards meet minimum QA goal of 90%
  • Must maintain an average talk time of 315 seconds or less on member calls
  • Any other duties as assigned by Manager or management
