Job Summary
A software and payment processing solutions company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing billing updates, providing cancellation or freeze services, resolving account delinquencies and disputes
- Assisting members with billing questions, cancellation and/or freezing member accounts
- Noting each account with the call content
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Regular and reliable attendance required
- Must maintain individual standards meet minimum QA goal of 90%
- Must maintain an average talk time of 315 seconds or less on member calls
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager or management
