Job Summary
A customer relationship management and financial services company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide customer service, adhering to scripts, and attempting to make up-sells
- Receive and process various incoming phone calls for numerous clients
- Obtain, enter, and verify customer information
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum one year customer service or sales experience required
- Training will be 5/7/18 through 6/8/18 from 8am to 4:30pm, CST
- High school or GED required
- Must be 18 years or older
