Job Summary

A customer relations management company has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving and processing incoming phone calls for clients
  • Ensuring that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies
  • Answering customer questions

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year customer service or sales experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Basic computer skills
