Job Summary

An outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Receiving and processing various incoming phone calls

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum one year customer service or sales experience required
  • High school or GED required
  • Basic computer skills required to include navigation between application and internet sites
