Job Summary

A developer of fitness management software needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking inbound calls directed from the queue
  • Performing outbound dialer/collection calls
  • Reviewing accounts and answering customer questions.

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Has a High School diploma or GED
  • Has a stable work history
  • Must be flexible to work an assigned work schedule
  • minimum of 1 year experience in a call center setting
  • Experience with the AS400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Home office must meet technical requirements listed by company
