Job Summary

A fitness management software company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Review accounts and answering customer questions
  • Work on billing updates, provide cancellation or freeze services, resolve account delinquencies and disputes
  • Assist with inbound and outbound calls from fitness club members and staff

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Has a minimum of 1 year experience in a call center setting
  • Has a stable work history and takes pride in punctuality and attendance
  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
  • Has experience with the AS400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Windows 8.1 and above
  • Minimum 500 MB free hard drive space
