Job Summary
A fitness management software company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Review accounts and answering customer questions
- Work on billing updates, provide cancellation or freeze services, resolve account delinquencies and disputes
- Assist with inbound and outbound calls from fitness club members and staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Has a minimum of 1 year experience in a call center setting
- Has a stable work history and takes pride in punctuality and attendance
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- Has experience with the AS400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Windows 8.1 and above
- Minimum 500 MB free hard drive space
