A business services company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- 1-3 years customer service
- 1-3 years working in a virtual environment
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- High school degree
