Job Summary

A customer experience and call center outsourcing solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Help customers who are working on their tax return
  • Apply defined practices, procedure and company policies
  • Triage, troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school or GED required
  • 1 year customer service or sales experience
  • 18 years or older
  • Basic computer skills required to include navigation between application and sites
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Ability to clearly communicate using a clear, distinct voice
