Job Summary
A customer experience and call center outsourcing solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Help customers who are working on their tax return
- Apply defined practices, procedure and company policies
- Triage, troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school or GED required
- 1 year customer service or sales experience
- 18 years or older
- Basic computer skills required to include navigation between application and sites
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Ability to clearly communicate using a clear, distinct voice
