A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Answer calls with confidence

Qualifications Include:

  • Must have a Quiet workspace
  • Must be able to follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Must be able to handle customer complaints
  • Must be able to properly note customer interactions and process customer accounts requests
  • Must be able to build relationships and trust with customer accounts
  • Must be able to provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
