Job Summary
A customer services outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide quality customer service to inbound calls
- Answer questions from customers
- Resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
- Type 25 wpm
- A hardwired internet connection with speeds greater than 4MB UL & 10MB DL
- Tech savvy, multitasking
- A WOW personality and ability to empathize with our AMAZING customers
