Job Summary

A customer services outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide quality customer service to inbound calls
  • Answer questions from customers
  • Resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
  • Type 25 wpm
  • A hardwired internet connection with speeds greater than 4MB UL & 10MB DL
