Job Summary

A marketing services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Shelton.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Make and take customer phone calls
  • Successfully use scripts to guide conversations
  • Record information on the consumer conversation using LQ systems
