Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

• Live within the state of Indiana to be considered for this role
• Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence
• Answer questions and resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers, and plan sponsors

Required Skills:

• Experience in a production environment
• High School or GED equivalent
• Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment
• Demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
