Job Summary
A business services company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Stellar customer service skills and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to use phone and computer systems
- Strong listening/comprehension skills
